SaturdayClub Malaysia offers a 14-day return and exchange policy for all items that are in their original condition with tags attached. We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, providing a seamless process for size exchanges or store credit refunds.
Submit Request
Log into your SaturdayClub account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack the Items
Place the unwanted items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the invoice is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Send your return package via a trackable courier service to our Malaysia distribution center; please keep your tracking number until the return is processed.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will issue store credit or dispatch your requested exchange size within 3-5 business days.
