What are the shipping options available within Malaysia?

We offer standard doorstep delivery across West and East Malaysia. Shipping is free for orders above RM150. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. For West Malaysia, delivery takes 2-4 business days, while East Malaysia may take 5-7 business days depending on the courier service.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please note that sale items and intimate wear are not eligible for return.

How do I ensure I choose the right size?

Each product page features a specific 'Size Guide' with measurements in centimeters and inches. We recommend comparing these measurements against a similar garment you already own for the best fit.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel or amend my order after it has been placed?
